Spain beat Croatia 5-4 on penalties to win the UEFA Nations League Final in Rotterdam on Sunday.
The match finished 0-0 after extra-time, with Dani Carvajal scoring the winning penalty after Dominik Livakovic had saved Sergio Busquets' effort.
Spain had the better of the chances in the match, with Ferran Torres hitting the post in the first half and Pedri forcing a good save from Livakovic in the second half.
Croatia had their chances too, with Ante Budimir heading wide from a good position in the first half and Luka Modric forcing a good save from Unai Simon in the second half.
In the penalty shootout, Spain scored all five of their penalties, while Croatia missed one.
The win is Spain's first major trophy since they won the 2010 World Cup.
